This plan includes a yearly check up, sick visits and telemedicine visits as well as all in-office labs necessary for above visits. Plan includes a 1 year commitment at a rate of $250/month. All vaccines will be billed directly to patient’s insurance.

To hold your spot in d. pediatrics click choose plan and pay the $200 enrollment fee. This fee will be applied toward the first month of the plan.
